Your first reply will be the useful one if you name the piece, the size you're weighing up, or the order number - then nobody has to ask you twice. Orders leave Tampa for anywhere in the US, and returns travel on a prepaid label we send you.
Please keep card details, passwords and ID out of the form and out of your email. Nobody here will ever ask you for them.

Answers that save you an email
These are the ones that come up most. If yours is here, you have the answer without writing at all.
What should I put in my first message?
Name the piece, the size, or the order number, and say what you would like to happen. If it is something on the site, add the device and the browser you were using. That is usually enough to answer you outright rather than write back asking for more.
I have a question about an order. What do you need from me?
The order number and the email address the order was placed with. With both of those, the order can be found straight away.
Can I change the delivery address after I have ordered?
Yes, if you write within 12 hours of ordering and the order has not shipped. Once it is with the carrier the address is fixed. The rest of it is on Shipping and returns.
How do I start a return?
Email admin@driveonos.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and, for US returns, a prepaid label. The conditions are set out on Shipping and returns.
I am between sizes. Can you help me choose?
Tell us the piece, the two sizes you are weighing up, and how you like things to sit. Most pieces come in one cut, and where a piece does run sizes they are on its own page. Size and fit has the rest of it.
Can I buy a piece today?
Yes. Everything on the site can be ordered now, and the list is how you hear when something new lands. You do not need to write to us for that.
