Shipping policy

Every piece here is made or sourced once you order it. Nothing is held in stock, so a catalog order takes a while to reach you.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States. Prices, shipping charges and refunds are all in US dollars.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over $70. Below that it is a flat $8, and Express is $15. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Longer than a warehouse order. Nothing here is held in stock, so each piece is made or sourced once you order it, and a catalog order takes a while to reach you.

We do not publish a delivery estimate, because we do not have one we can stand behind. You will not see a promised date at checkout, and we would rather say that plainly than print a number we cannot keep. Write to admin@driveonos.com with your order number and we will tell you where yours is.

Tracking

When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email goes to the address on the order, with tracking where the carrier provides it. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created, so a tracking number that has not updated yet does not mean the package has not shipped.

Changing an address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering, and before the order has shipped, and we will change it. Once an order is with the carrier the address is fixed.

If we cannot fulfill your order

You get the full amount back. Any order we cannot fulfill is refunded in full, and we do it ourselves rather than waiting for you to chase us.

Lost or damaged

Email us with your order number as soon as you see it. We replace it or refund it. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of what arrived along with your order number and we put it right at no cost to you.

Tax

US sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
